Jodi has over a decade of working with students, emerging, and mid-career professionals to craft and hone their stories through exhibitions, books, and through hiring documents. Most recently, she is the Director of Exhibitions at Missouri State University where she has help hundreds of students and emerging professional land jobs in their field of study. Jodi has also curated nationally reviewed exhibitions and served as the editor and author of numerous books.

My Approach

An expert at writing, editing, and developing successful hiring documents, Jodi is bringing her knowledge directly to emerging and mid-career professions. She loves the process of sitting down with a new client, getting to know their projects and needs, and crafting a plan to help them achieve their goals.

Professionally, I write and publish in the field of art, art history, and curatorial criticism. I also write non-fiction and fiction.

I received my BA in Art History with a minor in history and creative writing from Baylor University and my MA in Museum Studies from the University of Oklahoma. I also received an Editing Certificate from the University of Chicago.
